Steel Industries

Steel industries where the working temperature is much higher than the other industries, Insulation plays a very vital role in Electric Arc Furnace and Submerged Arc Furnace in terms of Rigid mica which is an Asbestos free material, has very wide range of applications in such steel industries because of its extensive properties like higher temperature resistance, higher dielectric strength, higher arc resistance and higher compressive strength which makes it more durable and efficient.

“In EAF and SAF, the rigid mica plays major role for insulating various electro-thermal parts like Electrode Arm Insulation, Yoke Insulation, Arm support pedestal insulation , Bus Tube, Copper tube clamping insulation, High current conductor assembly insulation, Electrode socket insulation, electrode holder insulation, Bottom electrode holder insulation (in DC Arc), Roof lifting arrangement insulation

Foundry

We are the manufacturer of mica based insulating products for foundry melting furnaces  with traditional refractory alternatives to leading technologies. We offer a product range in foundry starting from the mica based slip plane insulation sheet required for furnace lining which acts as a great thermal insulation providing you a good stable refractory resulting in a highly efficient production. Apparently these are also applicable as yoke Insulation for Induction furnaces with high stability and long life.

Our Mica based Rigid Insulation have various application including applications like spacers for furnaces washers and other applications wherever thermal and electrical insulation is required with a high temperature stability and span life.

Rubber & Tyre Industries

In Rubber & Tyre industries, rigid mica laminates due to its low thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, higher compressive strength, heat resistance, having a very flat surface which facilitates in parallel mounting is widely used as a platen insulation for heated hydraulic presses resulting in Reduced heat transfer to the body of the press increases life of oil seals, reduces thinning of oil & keeps the ram cooler due to very low thermal conductivity more productive heats on the mould is achieved results in reduced curing time”
